Walk the beautiful Picture Canyon Trail and learn about City of Flagstaff floodplain restoration activities. Presentation by Jake Fleishman, Natural Channel Design and Engineering and the AFMA River Restoration Committee Chair - and others.
Plan for a 1.5-mile hike at elevation. Bring sunscreen, appropriate footwear, and water.
An optional meet-up for lunch (location to-be-announced) to follow.
The cost is free! This field trip has been pre-approved by ASFPM for 2 CECs.
The trailhead parking is limited. please meet at the JE Fuller Flagstaff office (3111 N Caden Court, Ste 120) at 9:15 AM to carpool.
