Logistics Services

In our drive to become your complete back office, ClubExpress also offers logistics services to our member clubs and associations.

The ClubExpress platform already includes the essential service of prompting members when they need to renew their memberships, handling credit card payments and sending reminder emails for events. But we can take over almost any task you want.

For example, one service we provide for clubs is a lock box or address to which renewal payments can be sent. This serves members who don’t have Internet access (and who receive a printed renewal notice) or who prefer to renew using a check instead of a credit card. We will process the membership renewals arriving at this address, depositing the money in your bank account and updating the membership database for you.

ClubExpress is establishing a network of partners to handle other types of special needs, including printing firms, sign-makers, mailing and fulfillment houses. Other examples include:

Printing and mailing your monthly newsletter;
Printing an annual membership directory;
Printing and mailing event reminder postcards and letters;
Sending a new member packet;
Sending event registration packets;
Printing and sending membership cards;
Collating and distributing kits to chapters;

These services may incur additional processing fees. But in many instances, we can provide these services at a significantly cheaper price than you are currently paying because of our size and purchasing power.

Website and Club Management Services

There are two things we don't do for you:

Run your club (database management services, etc.)
Build and maintain your web site for you.

We're in the business of building and maintaining and supporting the ClubExpress platform and tools.

But sometimes you're looking for someone to help run the club and maintain the website on a contract or retainer basis. To help satisfy this need, we offer the ClubExpress Certified Webmaster Program. We have assembled a team of association managers, developers and webmasters who are experienced with the ClubExpress platform and can help with the daily tasks of running and growing your association.
